I graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, but found a higher calling, wishing to hone my skills in Sales and Negotiation tactics. I found a home in the field of International Transportation, where I spent many years perfecting these arts.
I have always held an interest in Real Estate, and have a keen interest to continue my education - so when the opportunity arose to become licensed as a Real Estate Agent, I took it! Purchasing a home is one of the most exciting experiences in a person's life, and I wanted to be a part of that: helping people find their dream homes. I have become a Realtor, and plan to continue learning how to benefit the families I work with.
I have a young family myself, so when I am not busy serving my clients, doing showings, or baking cookies for my open houses, you'll find me in the neighbourhood of Steveston, out with my daughter and husband. We'll be the ones with coffee in hand, likely on the swings!
Once a month, I compile and break down the stats for the Richmond Market in a report, available here, and on Mortgage Sandbox, where I am a contributing writer. Mortgage Sandbox is a platform that helps homebuyers and homeowners find a mortgage broker based on values and a complementary working style.
